Grandparents 50th Wedding Anniversary

Let me start off by  saying that this shoot was an extremely important and memorable shoot for me. This August my wonderful grandparents are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. 50 whole years of life and love. They wanted some pictures done for the occasion. I was so thrilled to be able to spend the time with them to capture their love that is still going strong after 50 years.

My grandparents are very dear to me. They have played a very important part of my life....from fishing, to shopping, from fixing cars, to sewing pillows, we have done it all together. They have taught me not only things I should know how to do but life lessons I will never forget. I cannot express enough how much these two mean to me. I am so blessed to be able to call them my grandparents. I cannot wait to celebrate their special day with them. I love you Nana and Pop!

Makala and Jordan are engaged!

Let me start off by saying that I was super SUPER excited for this photo shoot! Makala is an old friend and when she contacted me after getting engaged I was beyond excited. This was by far one of the most entertaining shoots I have done. Makala and Jordan are so full of life and love. It's so cool how they have known each other for such a long time and are now engaged. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful couple. I am so glad I got to spend this time with them. Congrats Makala and Jordan, I can't wait for your wedding! (PS....I couldn't pick just a few so I had to put these ALL up)

Lauren and Matt engaged!

This weekend's weather was really crummy and I was afraid I wasn't going to be able to do my shoot with Lauren and Matt. After checking the weather a million and one times on Saturday we decided to just go ahead do the shoot and the weather turned out just perfect! I loved working with this couple. You could just feel their love for each other. It was awesome. Congratulations Lauren and Matt on your engagement! I wish you best!

After photographing the Smith family/Jenni's maternity pictures, I became super excited for the next shoot which would be new born pictures of baby Maverick. I could hardly wait to photograph this little guy. We had such an amazing shoot. Maverick did an awesome job and hardly made a peep. Can't wait to photograph this guy as he grows.
